You can return the KindFeed Pillow within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, provided the pillow is unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note, due to hygiene reasons, used or damaged pillows may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.
