At KindlyBabyBrand, we are dedicated to providing products that help make your baby’s early meals safe, easy, and enjoyable. We are confident in the quality and effectiveness of our products and recommend using them for a minimum of 14 days before considering a return.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason after 14 days, and within our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee, please contact us at hello@kindlybabybrand.com.
Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, orders may have already entered processing, and changes or cancellations may not be possible. If your order is cancelled within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

We encourage customers to try our products for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you are still unsatisfied, returns can be made within 60 days from the date of purchase. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged only if it is defective or physically broken. Minor packaging dents or cosmetic issues that do not affect the product are not considered damaged.
If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the damage at hello@kindlybabybrand.com. Eligible items will be replaced at no cost. Items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Shipping & Delivery
We strive for timely delivery, but cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control, including courier or customs issues. Contact the courier directly if problems arise. KindlyBabyBrand is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers must ensure accurate shipping addresses at checkout. Failure to notify us within 24 hours of an incorrect address means no refund or resend will be possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once handed to the courier, KindlyBabyBrand is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact hello@kindlybabybrand.com and the courier to file claims. We will assist where possible and may offer replacements depending on the situation.
